I created this challenge because I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your body and overwhelmed by all the mixed messages around weight loss.

I went on to study weight management at a master’s level, and now I help women cut through the confusion and take back control — not through extreme diets, but through simple, sustainable changes that actually work.
